Most orders are normally processed and shipped within 1-2 business days once payment is cleared. If extra processing time is required for a small number of orders, or you order an item that is sold out, we will attempt to contact you immediately and arrange for an alternative product or a refund.
We try to ensure that all Products are delivered in a prompt and timely manner. However, from time to time, it is possible that shipping and other factors outside of our control may result in delays. BatteryGuru does not accept any liability for loss or damage suffered by anyone as a result of any such delays.
The date of dispatch listed on the Website is the estimated date of dispatch as is reasonably estimated by BatteryGuru.
BatteryGuru will not deliver Products to PO Box addresses;
Flooded, wet cell battery – most auto batteries can only be delivered to metro areas, not including Northern Territory & Tasmania;
If a delivery could not be made, BatteryGuru reserves the right to cancel Your Order at any time prior to dispatch of the Product(s).

Where a Customer gives written authority for Products to be delivered without a signature, any and all included insurance cover will be voided.
The couriers or postal services nominated by BatteryGuru will deliver Products. We use Aus-Post for light industry AGM batteries (total weight under 10KG), and use different freight companies to deliver other heavier AGM batteries over 10KG. The shipping time frame would normally be 1-5 business days depending on the destinations.
BatteryGuru is not responsible for the delivery times of Products. Once Products have been dispatched, it is the Customers responsibility to liaise with the courier nominated by BatteryGuru (as notified to the Customer) in relation to date and time of delivery.
